I’m getting ready to start the “official” part of the ride Monday. Of course, as usual for here, there’s a big fire getting going (Garnet Fire) with the concomitant air quality issues.
As I say in the video below though, every time I want to start bitching about the riding, heat, or smoke, I just think of some small child and their family going through the cancer experience. Suddenly I have renewed resolve!
