After I had rode 16 miles I developed bursitis in the left knee. I went to an orthopedic doctor and he recommended to ice it. He gave me a cortisone shot to help with the inflammation, it helped but I can no longer ride.
My heart is broken and I am not going to stop praying for the kids🙏❤️

I had my first ride and I rode 3.4 miles, because my wife and daughter are sick I am staying home on a stationary bike.
