My Story

Have you ever heard a story that inspired you to do something. There was a little boy who lost his battle with cancer and a mom wrote about how she said goodbye. It was heartbreaking to hear even though I had never met this family. 3 days later I saw a sign up to raise money to help kids fighting Cancer. In that moment I remembered the story I heard and also the loss one of my friends experienced a few years back. I decided it was a sign to do something.

Sept 1st I started riding to raise money for kids with cancer. I am riding with team Cooper in memory of Lexi Jacobs. My friend from work is Lexi’s aunt. Lexi was an amazing little girl. For eight years she lived life to fullest. Lexi passed in 2019 but her memory lives on and I ride to honor her, and her family.
