My beautiful daughter Sofia Minelli who will forever be 8 years old.

Sofia Camille Minelli loved life. She was kind hearted, compassionate, and a lover of animals. She was very athletic with a healthy, competitive spirit, but didn't take it too seriously if things didn't go her way. I always told her to not worry about getting dirty or "skinning" her knees cause she was a kid, and that's her job. She took special interest in playing hard at various parks where she loved to climb, swing, and especially enjoyed the 'monkey bars'.

This September, I am taking part in the 2024 Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Unfortunately, our Sofia is included in that horrible statistic. However, she is not and was not a number to us. She was our little girl.

Everything in her future and our future with her was taken away. Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Did you know that less than 4% of cancer research dollars go towards children's cancer? By supporting this challenge you can help fund research thru a charity that is specific to children's cancer--the Children's Cancer Research Fund will be able to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
