This September, I’m hitting the road for the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer, and this one’s personal. My grandma passed from lung cancer, and my Great Grandma is a fierce breast cancer survivor. In their honor, and for everyone battling cancer, I’m riding until I can’t. Why am I doing this? Because cancer is the leading cause of death by disease for kids in the United States. Every year, over 15,700 children are diagnosed, and tragically, 38 kids lose their fight every week.

Kids should be out there living their dreams, not fighting for their lives.

I’m raising funds through this challenge to support the Children’s Cancer Research Fund, helping them develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer. Every mile I ride is for my grandma, my Great Grandma, and all those kids who deserve a brighter future.
