I'm Riding For
Uncle Roger, Father in Law Richard, Carissa, Uncle Gordie , Sarah, Christine, my beloved wife Lana.
This year will be my 6th year participating in the Great Cycle Challenge. I am riding for my Father-in-Law Richard Kruzel, Uncles Roger and Gordie, family friends Carissa Blanchard, Sarah Etelman, and sadly this year Christine Gabriel. All of these dear people passed away due to cancer. One of the true survivors is Joshua Abbott and Anne Link who overcame brain cancer!! For those who have passed, may you all rest in peace. I do this in loving honor and memory of all of you! Joshua Abbott and Anne Link , keep up the great fight!!! You are truly inspiring!!! I am dedicating this year's effort to my late wife, Lana Albert, who battled PKD Kidney failure valiantly for 15 years who passed away on May 10th, 2025.
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
